Seeking the new yoga mat
[info]juicethis1
I think I need to get a new yoga mat, and fast. Looks like my old buddy is close to retiring. The locker room smell became pretty unbearable, the chunks of missing material started to attract attention. So I went shopping around.

To my surprise yoga mats don't just differ by color. At first, it seemed like there were so many options, I was overwhelmed. There are many different materials, lengths, widths, textures, even decorations. I decide to narrow it down to my budget. I thought I would spend around $30 maximum.

One day, frustrated with my inability to choose, I stumbled upon a nice little website. Yoga Mat Reviews was the name. The site was operated by a group of yoga teachers who really knew what they were doing. There was quite a lot of feedback from regular practitioners and their opinions were very useful. I really learned a lot by reading the reviews and comments. I narrowed it down to three choices - Jade, Manduka and Gaiam. I noticed that Manduka Mats were the longest lasting, so I went with the BlackMat Pro - the most expensive choice.

I was glad I purchased the Manduka Mat. The "Yoga Mat Reviews" people posted their review here ->The Manduka Mat overview.

This mat gave a lot of confidence, and I noticed an improvement in my asanas. I've become a fan of Manduka products - their mats are simply superior.
